| 1) Sound Problem |
| If you listen a sound often repeated, while you are in the chat room. Then please go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Sounds and select "Start Navigation" under the Events. Set its sound property to "none" in the Sound - Name list. |

| 2) History |
| We provide the best way to save your chat messages. Click on "History" on top of your chat window to view your full chat messages, If you want to send them to your email address write down your email address and click on "Send". |

| 3) Buddies |
Send small images (Buddies) along with your messages. If you want to send a image like  , then you have to type :-) with your message. Click on "Buddies" which appears on top of your chat window to find out more. |

| 4) Moods |
| Easy way to express your feelings ( "Happy", "In love", "Angry" ) to other chatters. Click on "Moods" which appears on top of your chat window to find out more. |

| 5) Font |
| Select your favorite font. You can type in any one of the given fonts. Select "Arial" to write in Arial and "Times new roman" to write in Times new roman. If you need more fonts please let us know! Send your emails to info@ejeya.com. |

| 6) Private Chat |
| Click on the chatter's name under the Chatters list and start to type your message if you like to send a private message to someone. Messages will be shown to that person whom your writing to and you only. |

| 7) Public Chat |
| When you enter the chat you always set for the Public chat. While you are doing a private chat and want to switch to Public chat click on "Chatters" and type your messages. Your messages will be shown to all the chatters. |

| 8) Show lines & Colours |
| If you like to see more or less chat lines in your chat window then select suitable lines from the "Show line" list which appears on bottom of your chat window. But it is recommended to have less than 20 lines. Select your favourite colour from the colour list which appears on bottom right of your chat window and start to type your messages. |

| 9) Change Room / Log Out |
| There are many rooms available under different topics. Select your desired room from the Rooms List and enjoy! When you finish chatting please click on "Log Out" which appears on top left side of your chat window. So that next time you can log-in with the same name. |

| 10) Ignore / Allow Chatters |
If you like to ignore a chatter please click on the  sign which appears right side of the chatter name. And if you like to allow a chatter please click on the  sign. |
